Ecstatic dance is a free-form dance movement that's led by music and intended to be a healing experience. Dancers move freely to the rhythm of the music, which starts slow, builds to a peak, and then returns to stillness. The goal is to achieve a meditative state of mind through body movement. Ecstatic dance can help people feel connected to others as well as to their own emotions, and can also help you alleviate stress and find serenity. No dance experience is necessary, just come and enjoy a one hour journey to healing. We will begin with a cacao ceremony, and I will guide you through the meditative dance sequence.

Join us for this beautiful opportunity to relax and unwind while you are guided through a soothing yet empowering meditation followed by Reiki healing to balance your body, mind and spirit. Reiki is an energy healing modality using gentle touch. Experience the power of meditation and Reiki in a group setting!

We will end April’s session with tea and some thought provoking journal prompts with an opportunity to share if you would like. Journaling can reduce anxiety and depression, cultivate gratitude and make you happier!
